Return & Refund Policy

At Kore Tech LLC, we are committed to delivering quality tech products and services. We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase and experience.

7-Day Product Return & 90-Day Service Warranty

1. Return & Refund Eligibility

At Kore Tech LLC, we accept returns for physical products and hardware accessories purchased through our website or in-store within 7 days of the original purchase date. If for some reason you are not satisfied with our service, you can easily be refunded within 7 days. In order to receive a full refund, you must include a copy of the original invoice with your return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Software licenses, digital products, and custom-configured systems are non-refundable once delivered or activated. Services rendered (e.g., device repairs, data recovery, upgrades, diagnostics) are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

2. Service Cancellation & Milestones

For project-based services (e.g., custom PC builds, network installations, IT setup, web development), we divide work into clearly defined milestones documented in a signed scope of work. We plan each project by dividing work into milestones, and all projects begin with a complete discovery/analysis and creation of a scope of work document. This is done to make sure that both parties have a complete understanding of the work required and thus eliminate the potential for project cancellations, reversals, or disputes regarding refunds/returns. If you choose to cancel a project before completion, you are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date. As there is time spent to achieve every milestone and complete every phase or module, a refund is not applicable for the work already completed. Deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable. Once a project enters a development or installation phase, no refunds will be issued for that milestone. Mock-up approvals and documented sign-offs constitute acceptance of work and progression to the next phase.

3. Project Termination & Refund Conditions

In the event of a project terminated on a mutually agreed basis, the client will have control of all completed work, and any payment for further development will become void. No previous payment or deposit would be refunded. No payment will be refunded once the client approves mock-up designs or initial documentation and we move into the development phase of the project. There are no partial refunds for projects mid-way through a milestone phase. If a project is cancelled due to non-payment or breach of agreement by the client, all completed work remains the property of Kore Tech LLC until full payment is received.

4. Defective & Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@koretechllc.us with photos of the damage and your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Products damaged due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, or accidental damage are not covered under our return policy. All products carry a manufacturer warranty; we will assist with warranty claims for items purchased through Kore Tech LLC.

5. Repair & Upgrade Warranty

All repairs, upgrades, and installations performed by Kore Tech LLC are covered by a 90-day workmanship warranty. If the same issue recurs within 90 days of service completion, we will re-evaluate and repair the device at no additional labor cost. This warranty covers parts and labor related to the original service only. It does not cover new damage, liquid damage, physical damage, or issues unrelated to the original repair. Warranty claims require proof of service (invoice or receipt).

6. Data Recovery & Diagnostic Services

Data recovery and diagnostic services are charged based on the complexity and time required. A non-refundable diagnostic fee is assessed upfront for all data recovery evaluations. If recovery is not possible, you will only be charged the diagnostic fee. If recovery is successful, the diagnostic fee is applied toward the total recovery cost. We strongly recommend maintaining regular backups; Kore Tech LLC is not liable for data loss that occurs during service, although we take every precaution to preserve your data.

7. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at support@koretechllc.us with your order number, item description, and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days. Do not ship items back without an RMA number. Items returned without an RMA may be refused or subject to a restocking fee. All approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of RMA issuance. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Refund Processing Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and will be applied to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Store credit is available immediately upon approval and can be used for any future purchase or service at Kore Tech LLC.
