1. Introduction

Welcome to Kore Tech LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, in-store services, and all products sold by Kore Tech LLC, including tech accessories, hardware components, computer repairs, device upgrades, data recovery, diagnostics, and IT support services. By accessing our website, purchasing products, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility

To purchase products or engage our services, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian. By placing an order or dropping off a device for service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and that all information provided during checkout or intake is accurate and complete. You must be the lawful owner of any device submitted for repair, upgrade, or data recovery.

3. Products & Service Information

We make every effort to describe our products and services accurately, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability. However, we do not guarantee that all product or service details are error-free. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made. All product images are for reference only; actual product appearance may vary slightly. Service descriptions and estimated timelines are provided for reference and may be adjusted based on device condition and complexity.

4. Orders, Payment & Pricing

All product orders and service bookings are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or service for any reason, including inventory limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at the time of purchase for products and at the time of service completion for repairs, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout and at our store location. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email or receipt.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Pickup

For online product orders, we strive to process and ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery timelines vary based on shipping method and carrier. Risk of loss and title for purchased products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier for shipment. For in-store services, you will be notified when your device is ready for pickup. Devices not picked up within 30 days of notification may incur a storage fee. After 60 days, unclaimed devices may be considered abandoned and disposed of according to applicable law.

6. Service Agreements & Milestones

For project-based services (custom PC builds, network installations, IT setup, business technology consulting), we provide a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment schedule. All project-based services are divided into milestones. Deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable. Once a milestone is approved or signed off, no refund will be issued for work completed within that milestone. Client-requested scope changes may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

7. Repairs, Upgrades & Data Recovery

When you submit a device for repair, upgrade, or data recovery, you authorize Kore Tech LLC to perform the requested service. We will inspect your device and provide a detailed estimate before proceeding with any chargeable work. Diagnostic fees are non-refundable and are credited toward the total service cost if you proceed with the repair. We are not liable for any data loss, pre-existing damage, or cosmetic changes that occur during the repair process. We strongly recommend backing up all data before submitting any device for service. For data recovery services, we do not guarantee 100% data recovery success.

8. Warranties & Product Guarantees

All products sold by Kore Tech LLC carry the manufacturer's original warranty unless otherwise stated. We are not the manufacturer and do not provide manufacturer warranties, but we will assist with warranty claims. Our repair and upgrade services are covered by a 90-day workmanship warranty. If the same issue recurs within 90 days, we will re-evaluate and repair at no additional labor cost. This warranty does not cover new damage, liquid damage, physical damage, or issues unrelated to the original service. Warranty claims require proof of service (invoice or receipt).

9. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Physical products may be returned within 14 days in unused, original condition with all packaging and accessories. Software licenses, digital products, and custom-configured systems are non-refundable once activated or delivered. Services rendered (repairs, data recovery, upgrades, diagnostics) are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement. 10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Kore Tech LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Custom work product and deliverables created specifically for a client shall be transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Kore Tech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website, products, or services, including but not limited to data loss, device damage, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including supplier shortages, shipping delays, or natural disasters.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information collected during your use of our website, product purchases, or service engagements is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use your data only to process orders, communicate with you, deliver services, and improve our offerings. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our products or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Queens County, New York.
